This Privacy Policy explains how pawfolio ("we") handles information when you use pawfolio. Effective 2026-07-28.

Account details (name, email) to operate your account.

Pet profile details you provide (species, breed, DOB, weight, conditions, medications) to power records, reminders, and triage.

Photographed vet documents and pet photos you upload, stored outside the web root and served only through authenticated routes.

Symptom-triage session transcripts, saved to your pet's timeline so you can show a summary to your vet.

Billing details processed by Stripe to manage your subscription.

AI usage metadata (tokens, timestamps) to enforce limits and bill fairly.

Support messages you send us to resolve your request.

We use your information to provide and improve the service, process payments, communicate with you, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We rely on trusted third parties to run the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and cloud hosting/infrastructure. They process data only on our instructions.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. We apply encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact us at support@pawfolio.example.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
